Testing and validation of procedures can be complex. It’s with a perfect harmonization of each stakeholder’s requirements and each customer considerations that Quovadis brings together PBN procedure design and approval.
The usual steps are:
- Review meetings
- Ground test validation ( Full Flight Simulators)
- Flight validation
Each RNP AR procedure is thoroughly assessed.
The purpose is to:
- Validate the FMS navigation database coding,
- Confirm tracks, bank angles, descent and climb gradients, runway alignment, etc…
- Check the fly ability,
- Define adequate normal and abnormal flight crew procedures,
- Evaluate the absence in nominal flight of TAWS (Terrain Awareness and Warnings Systems).
Quovadis will ensure configuration validation throughout the processes.
