Quovadis can provide a customized training syllabus in the frame of the application package or perform the training on behalf of the customer.

The training syllabus contains initial and recurrent training programs, complying with PBN manual, EASA AMC 20-26, FAA AC 90 101 and aircraft manufacturer requirements.

Flight crew training

The aim of this training is to train flight crew on the RNP concept, RNP capability determination, and equipment required for RNP operations.

The ground course includes:

  • RNP and RNP AR Concepts overview,
  • Minimum required equipment to fly RNP AR procedures: Determination of RNP AR capability: MEL requirements, aircraft performance, and navigation signal availability (GPS Prediction tool use)
  • RNP regulatory requirements,
  • RNP procedures charting,
  • Coordination and Communication with ATC for use of RNP AR procedure.

Additionally, for RNP AR on a given airport, customized items are also covered:

  • RNP  AR procedure description and briefing
  • Airworthiness Compliance Document  (ACD)

Quovadis proposes Full Flight Simulator (FFS) sessions to review RNP AR procedures (normal and abnormal situations: loss of RNP capability …). These simulator sessions are performed by Quovadis Instructors. For each aircraft type, a CBT course is available.

Dispatchers Training

The ground course includes:

  • RNP and RNP AR Concepts overview,
  • Minimum required equipment to fly RNP AR procedures: Determination of RNP AR capability: MEL requirements, aircraft performance, and navigation signal availability (GPS Prediction tool use)
  • RNP regulatory requirements,
  • RNP procedures charting.
